5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees
• 30-60 days before travel: 50% refund
• 14-29 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 14 days before travel: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Safety or security concerns
• Force majeure events
• Supplier cancellations

In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
